GCSB Internet Banking provides a private and secure environment in which to conduct banking transactions and communicate with us online. We've taken all the necessary precautions to ensure that only you, or those you authorize on your enrollment form have access to your accounts or account information. Here are some of the steps we've taken:

Accessing GCSB Internet Banking

Each time you log on, you'll be asked for your user name and password. Please keep this information confidential. If you forget your password it will be necessary for you to contact Guthrie County State Bank.

Every time you bank with GCSB Internet Banking, the communications will be encrypted, including the log-in process. Encryption is a technique that scrambles the information you send to us, and we unscramble it upon receipt. This provides a very high level of protection so no one else can learn anything about your relationship with Guthrie County State Bank or the account information that we make available to you. Your browser controls this encryption, referred to as SSL protocol. So, in order to access your account, your browser must support our required encryption. We highly recommend that you use Microsoft's Internet Explorer (version 8.0 or higher) and your browser must support 128-bit encryption.
These are some of the things we've done so you can conduct your banking business in a safe and private online environment. And, we'll continually test new security innovations in order to ensure that your relationship with Guthrie County State Bank is always kept confidential.
