As Relationship Manager at the Guthrie Center branch, he works closely with individuals and small businesses, offering personalized solutions that make a meaningful impact.
A Career Built on Relationships
Matt’s passion for banking started during his six years at a larger financial institution, where he developed a strong foundation in consumer lending and mortgage services. He began his career in the banking sector after graduating from Buena Vista University, holding roles as a Sales Specialist, Home Mortgage Consultant, and Consumer Loan Underwriter before transitioning to GCSB. Happily, the move allowed him to return to the community he calls home and build relationships with local businesses and families.

Outside the Office
When he’s not working with customers, you’ll likely find Matt on the golf course, one of his favorite pastimes. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, and Lake Panorama National Golf Course is one of his go-to spots in Guthrie County.
