Behind the Desk with Adrienne Powell, Personal Banker, Panora Branch
Getting to Know Adrienne
As a lifelong Panora resident, Adrienne Powell has been familiar with Guthrie County State Bank for as long as she can remember. “I grew up in Panora and have banked here my whole life,” she says. “I’ve always appreciated how community-focused GCSB has always been.”
When the opportunity came to join the bank as a Personal Banker in 2023, Adrienne was eager to be part of the team.
The Joy of Helping Customers
Adrienne says the highlight of her day is connecting with customers. “I love hearing about their lives, what they’ve been up to, and joking around with them,” she shares. “Being able to help them is the highlight of my day.”
Life Beyond the Bank
Adrienne lives with her sisters and stays busy outside of work with a wide range of creative hobbies. “I love crafts,” she says. “Making clay items, jewelry, crochet, drawing— the list goes on.”
She also values staying active and recharging at the end of a busy day. Her favorite way to unwind? A good workout, a walk with her dogs or spending time with family.
A Personal Touch at the Panora Branch
With her creative streak and love for both people and pets, Adrienne brings a personal touch to everything she does. Whether she’s helping a customer, crafting something new, or spending time with her dogs, she’s always finding ways to connect and create.
