Thinking about starting a small business?

Aug 10, 2023 | General News

Calling all local aspiring entrepreneurs! We’re pleased to share that we’re hosting a free seminar on Wednesday, September 13 called “Starting a Small Business.”

This is a perfect opportunity for folks who have a great idea for a small business and are ready to learn about next steps. Maybe you don’t quite have a plan yet, but you know you’re curious about what life is like as a small business owner. If this sounds like you, join us at the Guthrie Activity Center for expertise and insight from our knowledgeable guests about planning a business, the ins and outs of the legal side of things, and business banking.

In addition to informative lectures from Iowa experts, you’ll be able to ask all the questions you’ve been wondering about making your dreams a reality, plus network with other like-minded members of the community.

At “Starting a Small Business,” we aim to support our community by bringing folks together and helping them get started on achieving their small business goals. We hope to see you there!
